When you come to Europe you have not much problems. The German speaken countries are well organised. There is a good infrastructure, you can drink water from the tap, enough toilets and everywhere tourism informations.

Also many hotels, breakfast inns, well explained trails and an active tourism industry. 

I live in Switzerland, many people speak english. The country is expensive. On the other site we have really a good public transport system and a great health system.
